Strategic Partners
The world is a shrinking place, with technology developed on one continent being instantaneously transported to another. Much of what BTA has been able to accomplish over the last 20+ years is directly related to our KEY strategic relationships, both here and abroad. We speak here not simply of ongoing and successful vendor arrangements, but novel joint ventures where we and our partners may collectively fund research, hire employees, and in instances approach the market.
BTA's controls partner for nearly 25 years, Aucos Electronische Gerate Gmbh, (AUCOS), is the world's largest plating system controls firm, with more than 50 specialists devoted solely to the Design and Engineering of Software and Control Systems for Automated Electroplating and Metal Finishing Applications.
Aucos controls' unique flexibility and adaptability, have been effectively integrated into hundreds of new and existing (retrofitted) systems.
There are approx 800 Aucos production sites in North/South America, Europe and Asia. With the specific advantages of each Aucos system, we are able to more effectively meet our clients' unique processing requirements
Back in the mid 90s, we determined that we needed a fabricating partner who was able and willing to work from our design and quality specifications and build highly cost competitive programmable hoists, superstructures and even complete, pre-packaged, automated tank lines which BTA could sell competitively into the North American market, especially for printed circuit applications.
Working principally in stainless steel, and willing to work diligently to BTA's designs, Hi-Ji is a constant and reliable partner. Using standardized BTA designs, we are able to sell automated hoists, structures and workbars to smaller, 3rd party equipment OEMS here in North America.
With its precision metalworking capabilities, MKV's purchase of Ludy GmbH enhances the original firm's capabilities. BTA is pleased to work with MKV in the area of high-end printed circuit board wet processing systems.
